Debuting in 1994 as part of MBC’s 23rd open recruitment class for actors, Lee Hyun-kyung has long been loved by the public for her roles in numerous productions, including the MBC dramas *Hur Jun* and *Princess Aurora*, as well as KBS1’s *Jolly Widows* (Dahamkke Cha-cha-cha). Continuing her acting career—most recently appearing in the Wavve original drama *Rebirth*—she also embarked on a new challenge as a singer earlier this year, releasing the song "It Was Lonely" following her appearance on *Miss Trot 4*.
Lee Hyun-kyung’s passion extends beyond acting and music. She supports the sustainable growth of young people as an ambassador for the youth culture and arts project "Young Stage Up 2026" and has consistently engaged in acts of sharing—such as hosting a Chuseok charity bazaar to donate proceeds to the "Happy Home" childcare facility and volunteering to read aloud for the visually impaired at the Korea Welfare Center for the Blind for a year.
Lee Hyun-kyung shared her philosophy on giving, stating, "Sharing isn't about something grand; it’s about genuinely understanding another person's heart and sharing hope in our daily lives." She added, "I hope that each small act of kindness comes together to create a warm, positive influence."
MBC’s *Live Happy Dream Lotto 6/45* invites individuals who spread positive influence through meaningful activities to appear as "Golden Hands" and conduct the lottery draw; the program also highlights the beneficial role of lottery funds by showcasing various public interest and welfare projects supported by them.
